These terms and conditions including alterations variations additions current or future you agree and accept by use of this NolcoProperties.com website or any related document or discussion apply without exception to all transactions conducted between NPL and other parties and represent the sole basis upon which NPL conducts business. No person irrespective of standing or status may vary these conditions, and any such suggested variation is hereby declared void. We do not conduct in-depth examinations in relation to any such information and all measurements, quantities, estimations, etc. are approximate, all drawings, plans and pictures, photographs etc. are for guidance only.
